Wing Tai offers you the opportunity to make choices on your benefits. Under this programme, you are provided with Core Benefits and Flex Dollars funded by the Company.

Core Benefits comprise of insurance and Medical Spending Account (MSA), i.e. Dental, Outpatient Clinical and Outpatient Specialist benefits. To cater to your specific needs, Flex Dollars can be used to purchase additional optional insurance coverage (during the annual enrolment period) or claim for expenses incurred on a list of Flexible Spending Account (FSA) benefits items (after the enrolment period).

You can enjoy 24/7 services anytime, anywhere, through the internet, to submit your claims, check the claims status and obtain essential information on the programme via this online benefits portal or the Aon Mobile Application using your mobile device.

From Benefit Year 2017 onwards, online attachment of receipts and supporting documents are made available. With this, you are no longer required to submit hard copies printed Claim Acknowledgement Slip together with original receipt(s) and/or supporting document(s) for claims to be processed. You can simply attach photo(s) of your original receipt(s) and/or supporting document(s) while submitting your claims online. For audit purpose, you are required to keep your claims documents for 2 years from receipt date.

Please note that claims must be submitted online within 2 months from receipt date, not later than 15 January of the following year. Reimbursement of approved claims submitted by last day of each month will be made via payroll in the following month.
